EONEF is a Social and Solidarity Company (ESS) which provides air services by tethered balloons inflated with helium. Our systems embed air quality sensors, cameras, or antennas allowing the transmission and collection of aerial data over a long period of time.
Connected to the ground by a cable, our balloons deploy in 1 hour, and fly from a few days to several months.
Our tethered balloons make it possible, for example, to detect and monitor an incident on an industrial site or the start of a forest fire. These systems make it possible to carry out air quality campaigns at the level of smoke plumes and near polluting industries. It also promotes the monitoring of wild animals in the natural environment or the restoration of post-disaster telecommunications to coordinate relief.
This new type of persistent aerial platform, completely self-sufficient in energy, silent and with a controlled environmental footprint, is a great land management tool.
Their adjustable flight height makes it possible to increase a coverage area at will and provides access to key information to protect ecosystems and populations.
