Com'in is developing a digital decision-making tool that allows construction activity managers to be more responsive and to make relevant choices regarding the conduct of their project.

A network of smart sensors installed in the field identifies the nature of the nuisances (sound, vibration, atmosphere, mobility) and locates the source.
The NuisAlgo platform, Com'in's back office, analyzes these recordings and alerts the operations managers by SMS or email if the set thresholds are exceeded. All event information is consolidated on this same web interface and allows the operation manager to control it in real time.

The Com'in mobile application allows local residents to be informed of the planning of potentially troublesome future events and to organize themselves accordingly: "local residents better informed, a site better accepted".

It also allows local residents to report perceived annoyances which are then correlated to sensor data. The reports are objectified and serve as a nuisance assessment scale for the operation manager.

Com'in is also developing a portable respirable crystalline silica sensor, allowing real-time and continuous identification of the presence of this carcinogenic substance in ambient air. Complementary to the regulatory measures carried out by taking specific samples and analyzing them in the laboratory, this solution is intended to reinforce the day-to-day consideration of the risk linked to the inhalation of this construction site dust.
